Spring garden… and short hiatus

The flowers are really beautiful this year. It is going to be a bumper crop of tulips. Only the white out so far, sentinels of the colours to come, but they are beautiful against the greens in the garden.

There was a school carnival last week. The kids had a lot of fun. I spent the morning following the kids around their various activities. Once again, the bus ride was the best part of their day!

I have had a short stay in hospital but am home and on the mend. Painting will take a back seat for a short time, but should be back to it very soon.
