A place to share my creative pursuits

Painting – Acrylics – My World

Today we started work on our new project – My World. We are painting something in our own lives, either a domestic interior or exterior, a place we know really well, live with everyday but that we can paint so we see it anew.

Sketched in with yellow oxide and used burnt umber to start marking in shadows. Off to a pretty good start.

This is on  30×36″ canvas, the largest work I’ve made to date.
